Expanding Your Horizons conferences are designed to introduce 5th-8th grade girls to careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, (STEM).

At an EYH conference you’ll participate in fun-filled hands-on activities. You won’t just learn about science, you’ll get to participate in activities led by real women who work in science, technology and engineering. Here are just a few of the activities you might be able to do!

Spend the day building lego robots and participating in a robot demolition derby
Build a bridge and learn about engineering principles
Learn to extract your own DNA
Examine live animals and learn about veterinary medicine

Whatever you do, we guarantee you won’t be bored. You’ll get to learn about new careers and hear from the women who work in them.
